Frequently Asked Questions
While Custom Decals can be applied with minimal tools, we recommend using a squeegee or similar applicator to ensure smooth, bubble-free application. For larger decals, a heat gun may be useful for adjusting the decal's position or removing air bubbles after application.
Our Custom Decals are not designed to be reused. Once applied and removed, the adhesive will weaken, making reapplication ineffective. They are intended for one-time use only.
Decals are not ideal for fabric or rough, textured surfaces, as they require a smooth, clean surface for best adhesion.
Simple, bold designs with clear lines and minimal text tend to work best for custom decals. For complex designs, it's essential to ensure that the artwork has a high resolution to preserve quality when printed. We recommend using high-resolution designs (300 DPI or higher) and vector files.
Use a squeegee or credit card to gently push out air bubbles toward the edges immediately after application. For stubborn bubbles, a small pin can be used to release trapped air.
Decals with permanent adhesive may leave some adhesive residue, which can be cleaned off with gentle adhesive removers or rubbing alcohol.
